1. Preparation: Place the Air Neck Traction around your neck with the valve positioned to the left. Adjust the inflatable layers to achieve the correct shape and position, then secure it in place with the strap. For first-time users, it's recommended to do this in front of a mirror.

2. Rubber Cushion Placement: Ensure the rubber cushion is positioned correctly before proceeding. Before hand-pumping, fasten the inflation/deflation valve securely.

3. Inflation: Begin hand-pumping until you reach the desired traction angle and stretch/relief level, based on your comfort or as advised by your healthcare provider. Adjust the right and left sides separately if necessary. Complete the adjustment when you achieve optimal comfort and symptom relief. Once the optimal pressure is reached, close the ball valve.

4. Usage: The device can be used 2-3 times a day, with each session lasting for a maximum of 20-30 minutes (only 1-3 minutes for major traction). Start with minor to medium traction and limit usage to 1-2 times a day initially. Gradually increase traction intensity if comfortable. Typically, one cycle of treatments lasts for 10-20 days. Use the device at your convenience while engaging in activities such as watching TV, working on computers, reading, traveling, reclining, or relaxing.

5. After Use: Following each session, open the ball valve and gradually loosen the deflation valve to release air slowly. Avoid squeezing the device during this process.

6. Caution: Do not sleep with the device on, use it as a neck brace, or use it with recent acute injuries or sprains/strains. Use the device only as prescribed by your doctor, especially in cases of serious injury.

If discomfort occurs during use, expel air slowly, adjust the angle and pressure until the discomfort disappears, then try again.

When doing medium or major traction, you may prefer to close the low-pressure air chamber before pumping is finished so that the upper air chamber remains comfortably soft.

Major traction should follow 30-60 minutes of minor or medium traction. Repositioning of traction must follow the doctor's directions.
If the valve appears to repel air during pumping, use a wooden toothpick to clear the air intake in the bottom of the valve.

Avoid sharp objects or forceful handling of the product during use.
Avoid leaving the product filled with air while unused. But store it with a little air still in it to prolong product life.
