1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on costumes under the following conditions:

  • The costume must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team via our contact page or social media platforms.
  • Securely package the costume in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Ship the costume back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned costume and ensure it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the following manner:

  • If the costume was paid for by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card used for the original purchase.
  • If the costume was paid for by other means, such as PayPal or another payment method, the refund will be issued in the form of the original payment.

Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. The refund amount will only cover the cost of the costume.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your costume for a different size or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to costume availability. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original costume and any additional shipping charges for the new costume.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect costume, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping cost. You may choose to receive a replacement costume or a full refund, including shipping charges.

6. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, our standard returns policy will apply.
