Please note: All items purchased must be in original condition with the original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns will be refunded to the account used for payment. No refund is allowed for any product after 7 days. We reserves the right to modify these terms/policies. You agree that you will regularly check and review these terms/policies to keep informed of any changes.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product(s) to us.
- Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure a full refund or exchange.
- Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at a local shipping carrier, and be sure to obtain a tracking number.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the product(s) are defective or damaged upon receipt, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us with the subject line ‘Faulty Item’. We investigate all faulty items to improve our products, photo evidence or return of faulty items may be required to get a full refund. You may make a claim for faulty items up to the item’s expiry.
If you have been sent an incorrect item please contact us immediately stating 'incorrect item'. Once we have received the incorrect item we will then arrange to get your correct order to be resent via a next-day delivery service and will refund the postage cost.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and amend for you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
